ISG Market Intelligence

Explore proprietary ISG research, including ISG Provider Lens® and ISG Buyers Guides™. Find market evaluations, provider insights, buyer priorities and published thought leadership relevant to your role and decisions.

AskISG

AskISG uses AI to turn ISG research into insights providers can apply to real business needs. Explore an individual report, connect findings across the full ISG research knowledge base, or use guided prompts for competitive positioning, sales pursuits, briefing preparation and growth planning.

Access to ISG Experts

When you want to go beyond published findings, schedule time with an ISG analyst directly through ISG OneSource. Explore the research in greater depth and gain additional interpretation and context for the issues that matter to your organization.

ISG influences more than $200 billion in technology spend each year across software and services. ISG OneSource connects providers and ISG advisors to the research and market intelligence supporting decisions across the ecosystem.

AskISG

AskISG helps providers explore an individual report in depth or connect relevant findings across the broader ISG research knowledge base. Ask your own business questions or choose a guided insight built for a specific provider, decision or activity. Because ISG understands both provider needs and the evidence available across its research, these guided paths quickly surface and organize relevant findings into commercially useful insights.

Ask your own questions

Start with the business question in front of you and get a clear answer grounded in relevant ISG research. Ask follow-up questions, explore suggested next questions and continue the discussion as AskISG retains the context of your conversation.

Questions might include:

  • What buyer priorities are shaping this market?
  • How should those priorities influence our messaging?
  • Where does our position show an advantage, parity or weakness compared with named competitors?
  • What differentiation claims can we credibly support with ISG research?
  • Which findings and proof points are most relevant to this pursuit?
  • How can we translate this research into language our sales teams can use?

Use a guided insight

Start with a structured analysis designed for a specific provider task. Guided insights surface the relevant research and organize the response around the intended business outcome, without requiring you to develop the question or structure the analysis yourself.

Guided insights can help you:

  • Prepare for a sales conversation
  • Compare our position with competitors
  • Build a market narrative around buyer priorities
  • Identify credible differentiation and proof points
  • Prepare for an analyst or advisor briefing
  • Apply a report for sales and pursuits
