About Mukesh Ranjan
Senior Lead Analyst
Mukesh Ranjan has more than seven years of experience in market and industry research. In his current role as a Research Specialist on the ISG Research team, he is responsible for supporting Buyers Guides on Intelligent Automation, Data Platforms and others. His areas of expertise are automation, AI and emerging technologies.
Prior to this, he was part of the ISG Provider Lens team, supporting and co-authoring Provider Lens™ studies on intelligent automation, IoT and others. He was also involved in authoring enterprise context and global summary reports, offering market trends and insights. Mukesh has been part of several custom research engagements in areas such as automation and competitive intelligence.
In his earlier roles, he primarily conducted secondary and primary research on competitive benchmarking, SWOT analysis, industry assessment and vendor briefing decks, among others.
