About the Awards
The annual ISG Research Digital Innovation Awards recognize software providers that have introduced noteworthy innovations in technology that further business and IT. The Digital Innovation Awards showcase advances in the productivity and potential of business applications as well as technology that contributes significantly to improved efficiency, productivity and the performance of an organization.
The Awards cover 10 categories that align to our expertise areas: Analytics and Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience, Digital Business, Digital Technology, Human Capital Management, Marketing, Office of Finance, Office of Revenue, Operations & Supply Chain and an Overall award judged across the 10 expertise categories. Nominations are open to organizations across business and IT, software providers and consulting firms. Submissions are evaluated based on the stringent guidelines outlined in the awards program criteria.
Award recipients will receive their award notification through an email announcement. All winners and finalists will be recognized in a press release, on the ISG Research community and across social platforms. Award recipients will also receive a prestigious award shipped from ISG Research.
The annual Digital Innovation Awards are delivered by the ISG Research analyst team, which through its benchmark research, on-demand advisory services, and educational content, continues to pioneer new methods for organizations to become efficient and effective in their business. As part of the scoring process and methodology, the awards team will examine submissions to evaluate the innovative approach of the technology, how it applies to people, processes, information, and technology, the best practices it supports, the degree of team involvement, and the business impact and value of the technology.

The Digital Innovation Awards Categories
Overall Digital Innovation Award
The Overall Digital Innovation Award recognizes the digital innovation among those submitted for consideration that most successfully will maximize the value of all the organization’s assets – its people, processes, information, and technology. All finalists in the individual award categories will be considered for this prestigious award.
Analytics and Data
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in any use or application of analytics or data across business and/or IT.
Digital Technology
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the technologies that support any or all of the following areas: Business Continuity, Cloud Computing, DevOps and Platforms, Digital Security, Intelligent Automation, IoT and Edge Computing, ITOps, IT Service Management, Observability.
Office of Finance
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the applications and technologies that support the office of finance.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in any use or application of AI across business and/or IT.
Human Capital Management
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the applications and technologies that support human capital management.
Office of Revenue
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the application or technologies that support the office of revenue.
Customer Experience
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in applications and technologies that support the engagement with customers for any purpose.
Marketing
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the applications and technologies that support marketing.
Operations and Supply Chain
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in the technologies that support the operations or service/supply chain.
Digital Business
This award is for the software provider that best exemplifies innovation in applications and technologies that support the digital business needs.
Recognition
Award winners will be notified the week of August 19th, 2024. Award recipients will receive a physical award via mail and a logo graphic to be used in marketing and promotions. The awards will be announced through a press release announcement and across our social channels.
Submissions
To participate in the ISG Research Digital Innovation Awards, submit your nomination via the form below by 5pm PDT on May 13th, 2024. Completed nomination forms will be accepted via the online form only.
Organizations may submit their own nominations directly. We accept nominations from the ISG Research analyst and research team, software providers and public relations firms that have explicit approval from the organizations to submit on its behalf; all such submissions must include the nominated organization’s contact information to enable the awards team to confirm submission approval and review.
Judging
The awards are judged by the analysts at ISG Research, an industry-renowned research team with extensive expertise and knowledge in business and technology. The team will evaluate each submission against the criteria provided. The quality and depth of the submission – its clarity, completeness, and specificity – will affect the overall score, so please provide as much information as possible in a clear and concise manner.

Yes, you can submit a nomination form on behalf of yourself or your company.
All submissions are confidential. But if you submit a nomination and are selected as a Finalist or as a recipient of the Award, the company name and product/technology name will be disclosed through a press release, email and via social media. We do not disclose any part of the submission to the external market.
